IRTA Director Krista Vardabash
Announces Departure
The
International Reciprocal Trade Association’s President Lois Dale
announced that Krista Vardabash, IRTA's Executive Director since
2000, has shared plans to pass the baton to a new IRTA Executive
Director who is to be announced.
“We cannot
thank Krista enough for what she has done for IRTA during a very
challenging time,” Dale stated. ”She has been a strong leader who
has gained respect worldwide as our representative. For that reason
we are confident that IRTA will transition well to a new leader whom
we intend to have work side-by-side with Krista for some time.”
“My seven years
with IRTA has been tremendous,” Vardabash reflected. “I have enjoyed
so many aspects of this role. It is time to allow another person the
same privilege and opportunity to lead, and I am eager to work with
IRTA's selection for that position.”
Editor’s
note: I am going to miss
Krista’s upbeat positive outlook, as well as her untiring efforts on
behalf of the commercial barter industry. Her considerable
contributions, knowledge, talents and character, will certainly be
missed.
